ORDERING AND PAYMENT

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

 

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed.

 

Do you charge sales tax on my order?

We charge sales tax on any order shipping to Wisconsin; that’s where we are!

 

Do I have to create an account to order online?

Not at all but we hope you do! You’ll have access to your order history and shipping addresses. This’ll make future orders with us go much faster!

 

How do I use a promo code online?

Enter your code in the Promo Code field during checkout and select the Apply button. If the coupon is still valid, your cart will be updated to reflect that promo. Only one promo code per order can be used.

 

Something I want to order is out of stock. When can I order it?

Please email us hello@evermorn.com with which product you want to order. We’ll work with you to figure out when it’ll be ready for you to order.

 

Can I find your product in stores?

We currently sell our products exclusively in our online store. If you're interested in wholesaling our products, please email us at hello@evermorn.com for more information.

 

Shipping

When will my order ship? When will I get my order?

We process all orders within 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped from Racine, Wisconsin with USPS, which takes an additional 2-9 business days for standard shipping. We don’t ship on Saturday or Sunday.

 

How do I know when my order has shipped?

We’ll send you an email notification once your order ships. That email will also have your USPS tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show up with USPS.

 

Do you accept international orders?

We currently only ship within the USA. If you’re outside the USA and want to purchase Evermorn product, please tell us! Email us at hello@evermorn.com so we can talk with you and give you more information.

 

How does free shipping work?

Spend $50 and get free domestic shipping to any U.S. address. The free shipping discount doesn’t apply to expedited shipping.

  

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How do I return or exchange my order?

We want you to be completely and 100% happy with your order. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase. It must be in original, unopened packaging. Open or used products can’t be returned.

Once we receive your return, we’ll refund your original method of payment or ship out your replacement order within 1-3 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

What is Evermorn Supply?

We’re a company that creates thoughtfully-designed Christian greeting cards. We wanted to design cards that we would use ourselves; that we would be delighted to receive ourselves. Read more about how we started.

 

How did you come up with the Evermorn name?

One of our favorite passages is Lamentations 3:22-23: “Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.”

Every morning, without fail, we receive God’s mercy and love. Evermorn comes from the combination of two words: every and morning.

 

Where are you located?

We are located in Racine, Wisconsin, which is halfway between Milwaukee and Chicago, five miles from the shores of Great Lake Michigan.
